Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment -A non-refundable retainer of $25 is required to secure your session date. -The remaining balance is due the day of your session Cancellations & Rescheduling -If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice, and 72 hours notice for cancellations. -Retainers are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session within 6 weeks of the original booking date. -In the case of illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Session Details -Sessions typically last the booking time, give or take 10 minutes to warm up to children and animals. -Please arrive on time so we can make the most of the natural light. Late arrivals may shorten the session. Gallery & Delivery -A final gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks of your session. -Final images are delivered through an online gallery for download and sharing. -Additional edits or requests outside of the package may subject to an extra fee. Image Rights -Clients receive personal printing and sharing rights for their images. -The photographer retains copyright and may use images for portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise requested in writing. Editing & Alterations -All images are carefully edited by Sweet Prairie Portraits. Additional editing requests (such as retouching beyond the standard package) may be available for an additional fee. -To preserve the artistic integrity of your gallery, clients agree NOT to alter images in any way (including FILTERS) before sharing or printing.
